Construction has started on 17 Solar, a unique development project at 401-417 H Street NE with 26 residences that integrate solar energy and other high-efficiency features. 

A new 82-unit building at 2251 Wisconsin Avenue NW in Glover Park will be ready for occupancy next year.

Construction at 610 Newton Place NW in the Park View neighborhood is transforming a vacant, two-story building and an empty lot into an up-to-date 12-unit apartment building, which will be completed in November.  

Construction is underway at 762 Park Road in the Park View neighborhood, where S2 Development LLC and FEN Enterprises are creating the North Star Condominiums, a seven-unit housing development.

The developer recently received approval from the Board of Zoning Adjustment to build the six-unit building.

The Park Row condos each have outdoor space (balcony or yard), a parking space, and are a short jaunt from the Petworth metro.

The developers have been granted a demolition permit for the empty steel and brick structure occupying half of the lot for the new apartment building.

Construction on the new spaces will start in the next week and be completed in only a couple months.

Boundary Street Development is developing the property at 715 Kenyon St. NW into six two-bedroom, two-bath apartments.
