Willow House and Maple House, a pair of planned apartment buildings in Takoma, can move forward this week after the city issued building permits for both. The buildings will each have three stories with a basement; one building will have 50 units, the other 49.
Douglas Development is the developer for the project, which also entails building three single-family homes and a 92-space parking lot. More information in our
previous coverage of this project, which optimistically noted that construction would start in February 2015.
