Diton Pasha, owner of the popular Rustik Tavern restaurant located at 84 T Sreet NW in the Bloomingdale neighborhood, is planning to open a "completely new concept restaurant" in Brookland.

The Fortis Companies has acquired the National Alliance of Postal and Federal Employees (NAPFE) headquarters building at 1628 11th Street, NW and is planning to convert it into a mix of about 33 new residences.
