A new residential building is coming to Columbia Heights at 3341 14th Street NW, south of Meridian Place NW, the blog New Columbia Heights
reports.
The building, formerly a commercial building housing the DC Kool convenience store and a barber shop, is being turned into a four-story building with basement for a total of five residential units. The developer added two stories to the top of the building and removed the fake brick front. The building sold last year for $1.3 million.
