Transit Screen in Atlantic Cities

You know you've made it as an urbanist success when you see your name in the The Atlantic Cities, which just ran a 700-word article about TransitScreen.

As you may recall, the company makes signs to be placed in public spaces that show real-time bus, Metro and bikeshare availability. So you could decide, based on the numbers on the screen, to spend 15 minutes more lingering over your coffee before going out to wait in the cold. Or you could decide to hustle and catch the last CaBi before some jerk takes it.

"If you can know exactly what your options are, and know when they're coming, you're much more likely to use them," says Matt Caywood, co-founder of the company.
