A realtor on Capitol Hill has started taking her clients around the neighborhood on bikes.
Coldwell Banker’s Jeanne Harrison rides her own bike, and clients usually ride Bikeshare, and this way, potential buyers can spend more time looking at houses and less time sitting in traffic or circling the block for a parking space. It's green, it's efficient, and makes Capitol Hill look more attractive.
