A Brookland couple has purchased and repurposed a 36,000-square-foot warehouse into artists' studios, small businesses, and a vintage furniture store.

The pop-uppery that will showcase a rotating menu from local and visiting chefs is under construction, with a spring opening projected.

It's the second D.C. location for lawyer-turned-exercise-instructor Michelle Davidson, whose first Dupont Circle location is at capacity.
