Two projects from Neighborhood Development Company head to the same block in Petworth.

Neighborhood Development Company will start demolition on or around April 27.

Construction is underway at 762 Park Road in the Park View neighborhood, where S2 Development LLC and FEN Enterprises are creating the North Star Condominiums, a seven-unit housing development.

The Historic Preservation Review Board recently designated the Park View Playground and Field House a historic site. The property played an important role in integrating D.C. playgrounds.

The Park Row condos each have outdoor space (balcony or yard), a parking space, and are a short jaunt from the Petworth metro.

Market-rate condos are expected to replace the abandoned, blighted buildings on the 800 block of Otis Place NW.
