Glover Park getting two condo buildings


 District building permits were issued June 1 and 2 for the conversion of two existing houses into condo buildings at 3915 and 3919 Fulton Street NW. Columbia Property Capital is the developer for the companion projects in Glover Park.

Plans call for converting the three-story houses into condominiums, with six units in each building. The condos would each have two bedrooms and two baths, changed last year after conversations with neighbors who disliked the design and fretted that the units would end up as student housing for nearby Georgetown University.

In 2014, Columbia Property Capital paid about $3 million for both properties.
